The owner/manager really cared about making sure that any issues you had while there were addressed. The room was clean. It had very easy access to several places through the city.

The owner was very nice and friendly and informative. This location was great for the places I wanted to go. The price was excellent. The first night went very well and I was very impressed with the room. It was spacious and had lots of storage space if someone was staying a longer. Of time. The water got hot quickly in the evening but not as fast in the morning. The heater works great and the bed was very comfortable.

I needed a safe place to be. I'll need a couple of weeks in one location before either choosing to relocate or a couple months stay to pay off a couple of debts to get a motorhome. I felt safe yet, my pets (therapy pets and yes, I do have a real letter from a real psychiatrist as well as the online letters to cover as many aspects as possible) and I will need a couple of weeks to calm down from the horrid conditions we moved away from. I need time to type as well as do research. It's quiet here and just what we need. Right now my pets are so skittish I can't even recrate them in their kennel/carrier until they've had time to calm down. My money is tight until next month then my financial situation should improve. I work in Lubbock Texas and from my stay there is not the best place to live yet, Clovis seems like it is. The hotel is inexpensive yet, nice and clean and quiet. This location is just what we need for a little bit. I will keep the room clean as I've cleaning supplies of my own, a vacuum, toilet paper, towels and bedding of my own. The heater works nicely and I just need that please.

The building was surprisingly well maintained for being an old building in an old desert town. The room was clean and spacious, and included a full sized refrigerator. It was quiet and reasonably close to food and gas and what not, if about as far as it could get from the family I was visiting.
